Skyler Ross focuses his practice on complex commercial and appellate litigation matters. He joined WilmerHale as an associate in 2023 before departing in 2024 to clerk for the Honorable Albert Diaz of the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He returned to the firm as a senior associate in 2025. 

Before joining the firm, Mr. Ross served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr. of the US District Court for the Central District of California, and before that, he was an associate at another international law firm. He served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jacqueline Nguyen of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit during law school.
