Russell Childree is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department and a member of the International Arbitration Practice Group. Mr. Childree helps clients navigate complex international commercial and treaty-based arbitrations across a range of industries. Mr. Childree has experience with the arbitral rules of the ICC, AAA, DCIA, LCIA, and ICSID.

Mr. Childree was the deputy editor of Proceedings of the American Branch of the International Law Association from 2014–2019.
