Senior Associate
Russell Childree’s practice focuses on complex international disputes. He represents clients in international arbitrations and cross-border litigation involving bet-the-company claims, trade secret protection, reputational risk management, the termination of long-term commercial relationships, and other high-stakes disputes. His experience includes arbitrations under the arbitral rules of the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, DIAC, ICDR, AAA and ICSID.
Mr. Childree currently serves as Secretary to the International Bar Association’s Arbitration Guidelines and Rules Subcommittee. In that role, he has overseen the drafting of the commentary on the leading soft law instrument on arbitrator conflicts of interest and is actively involved in the development of uniform international guidelines on privilege and attorney secrecy in international arbitration.
