Peter Kallis represents clients at the trial and appellate levels in a wide range of civil and regulatory litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kallis served as an Attorney-Adviser in the Office of Legal Counsel for US Department of Justice (DOJ). In that role, he advised the White House, Attorney General, and executive agencies on complex constitutional, statutory, and regulatory questions. Before joining DOJ, Mr. Kallis clerked for both the Honorable Randolph D. Moss of the US District Court for the District of Columbia and the Honorable Diane P. Wood of the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He began his legal career as a legal intern for the Antitrust Bureau for the New York State Office of the Attorney General.
