Pete Lusk focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2023.

While attending Harvard Law School, Mr. Lusk served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich of the US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and for the Honorable Mark E. Walker of the US District Court for the Northern District of Florida. Mr. Lusk also worked as a research assistant to Professor Adrian Vermeule and to Professor Noah Feldman, with whom he co-authored a teacher’s manual to a leading constitutional law casebook.

Prior to law school, Mr. Lusk coached collegiate football at Furman University and at the United States Air Force Academy. Before that, Mr. Lusk was an officer in the US Air Force, where he worked as a satellite engineer and senior crew evaluator.
