Mia Doan is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Team. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes with a particular focus on cross-border litigation. Ms. Doan advises both international and domestic companies, with a focus on advising digital platforms providers. She has particular expertise in contract unfair competition and consumer protection law as well as international private and data protection law. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Doan gained substantial experience as a legal trainee and research assistant at several international law firms and institutions, including the German Cartel Office and the Federal Foreign Office. She studied law at the University of Bonn and Sciences Po in Paris and holds an additional qualification in common law and international law.
