Mia Akers represents clients in all facets of commercial litigation across the technology, retail and transportation industries. She also represents clients in class action matters and investigations. Ms. Akers has experience in state and federal courts, as well as arbitrating cases before the American Arbitration Association.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Akers was a litigation associate at another multinational law firm in Los Angeles. Ms. Akers maintains an active pro bono practice focused on education law and immigration matters. During law school, Ms. Akers worked for the East Bay Community Law Center Education Advocacy Clinic.
