Marissa W. Medine

Senior Associate

Marissa Medine focuses her practice on complex trial and appellate litigation, and provides strategic counseling to clients on anti-discrimination matters. She maintains an active pro bono practice, including in the areas of reproductive rights, family law and criminal justice. She clerked for the Honorable Lewis J. Liman of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, the Honorable Stephen A. Higginson of the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Honorable Keith P. Ellison of the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas. 

During law school, Ms. Medine served as a student director of Yale Law School’s Advocacy for Children and Youth Clinic. She is currently a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Children and the Law Committee.
