Mallory Shaner focuses her practice on complex litigation matters. She was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale. 

While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Shaner was the Managing Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review and presented oral argument before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals as a student attorney with the Appellate Advocacy Practicum. She also gained practical experience as an extern for Justice Melissa Hart of the Colorado Supreme Court, conducting research and drafting memoranda related to certiorari review and oral argument preparation, and as an intern for Chief Magistrate Judge Scott T. Varholak of the US District Court for the District of Colorado, conducting research and drafting a judicial order on a motion for summary judgment.  

Prior to law school, Ms. Shaner was a Project Assistant at WilmerHale in the Boston office. She also taught English in France and in public schools in Denver. While in her undergraduate studies, she worked as an intern in Geneva, Switzerland, for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.
