Lauren Valledor advises companies, universities and individuals on investigations and complex disputes involving a range of regulatory, enforcement and governance issues.  Her practice includes advising clients in internal and government‑facing investigations concerning various topics including anti‑discrimination and equal employment issues, cybersecurity and data security incidents and other compliance matters. She has represented individuals and entities in the telecommunications and defense industry, as well as educational institutions, in sensitive investigative and enforcement contexts.

Ms. Valledor also maintains an active pro-bono practice. She represented individuals in anti‑discrimination and hostile work environment matters, immigration applications, and she has contributed to amicus briefs filed in the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the Ninth Circuit addressing issues of administrative law.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Valledor served as a legal intern for the Second Judicial District of Colorado, the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Tenth Circuit.
