Kelly Pagniello advises clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters. She joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2024 and returned as an associate in 2025.

While in law school, Ms. Pagniello was a corporate counsel intern at the Lannett Company and a legal extern at the Wistar Institute. Ms. Pagniello also volunteered with the Montgomery County Expungement Clinic and Domestic Violence Advocacy Project.
