Kaylene Khosla focuses her practice on complex litigation, investigations, and appellate matters. Ms. Khosla joined the firm as a summer associate in the New York office. Prior to transferring to the firm’s Los Angeles office, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Vijay Shanker on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. While in law school, Ms. Khosla was a Student Advocate at the International Human Rights Law Clinic at Berkeley Law, competed in the Jessup International Moot Court competition, and served as an extern to the Honorable Chief Justice Brian D. Boatright of the Colorado Supreme Court.
