Katrin Kayß is an associate in the Commercial Litigation team. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution questions. She advises and represents international and national companies, with a focus on advising and representing digital platform providers in court.

Ms. Kayß has a thorough knowledge in areas of unfair competition and trademark law as well as e-commerce- and data protection law. In particular, she has experience representing clients in proceedings relating to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation and other national and European laws regulating digital business models, such as the German Network Enforcement Act (“Netzwerkdurchsetzungsgesetz”) and Digital Services Act. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale Ms. Kayß was a summer associate at WilmerHale and worked for other German law firms and the Centre for Criminology in Wiesbaden, Germany.
