Jared Grubow has represented clients in a variety of complex litigation and regulatory matters. His practice includes representing companies and individuals in disputes regarding commercial and employment contracts, antitrust law, and involving securities. Mr. Grubow has successfully litigated FOIA disputes, resulting in the release of significant documents regarding the 2020 Census, as well as helping to secure the right to vote through litigation in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
He was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale. While in law school, Mr. Grubow was a judicial intern for the Honorable Patty Shwartz of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He also served as the editor-in-chief of the Cardozo Law Review.
