Jae Choi is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. Ms. Choi was previously a summer associate at the firm. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Choi served as a law student clerk at the New York Attorney General’s Office, where she drafted various court documents. She was also a summer associate at another major law firm based in Seoul.
