Mr. Stephenson focuses his practice on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. His work has included patent litigation matters in federal courts and related proceedings, with a particular emphasis on technology driven disputes involving semiconductors, network security, text-to-speech applications and next-generation sequencing.

Before joining WilmerHale, Mr. Stephenson was an intellectual property litigator at other international law firms, where he handled all phases of complex IP litigation and related proceedings. Mr. Stephenson has also coauthored legal and scientific publications, including En Banc Federal Circuit to Review Application of Rule 702 and Daubert in the New York Law Journal.
