Gillian T. Farrell focuses her practice on complex litigation matters, with an emphasis on intellectual property disputes. She has represented clients in federal court and is experienced in all stages of litigation, including discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, trial and appeal. Ms. Farrell also maintains an active pro bono practice.  

Ms. Farrell served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sanket J. Bulsara of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale.

During law school, Ms. Farrell was a legal intern in the Organized Crime and Gangs and General Crimes units of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. Before attending law school, Ms. Farrell was a management consultant at Bain & Company. She also previously worked as a research associate with Everytown for Gun Safety.
