Elizabeth (Beth) Argenti focuses her practice on the US trade remedy laws, including matters involving the US International Trade Commission (ITC), the Office of the US Trade Representative (USTR), the US Department of Commerce, US Customs and Border Protection and the courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Argenti served for 14 years as Counsel to multiple Commissioners at the ITC, providing advice on agency matters and participating in over 200 antidumping and countervailing duty investigations across various industries. She previously worked as an associate for another law firm, where she focused her practice on antidumping investigations, export control regulations, and trade agreements.
