Chris Cardillo focuses his practice on a range of transactional matters. He first joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2024 and returned as an associate in 2025.

During law school, Mr. Cardillo served as a legal intern at a large ski resort operator and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Carlos A. Samour, Jr. of the Colorado Supreme Court. He was also a student attorney in the University of Denver Sturm College of Law Community Economic Development Clinic. Prior to law school, Mr. Cardillo worked as a tax technology consultant at a multinational professional services firm.
