Ashley Leon focuses her practice on cybersecurity, privacy, AI and regulatory matters. She joined the firm in November 2025. She graduated from Stanford Law School, where she led article selection for the Stanford Technology Law Review. She also holds an LLM from the University of Vienna, where she researched comparative approaches to net neutrality regulations. 

Prior to pursuing her legal studies, Ms. Leon worked at Netflix, specializing in privacy, law enforcement data disclosures and consumer claims. She also interned with Apple’s legal team, advising on regulatory changes affecting global product compliance. During her JD program, she clerked for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Rwanda. She also served as a legal intern at Common Sense Media, where she tracked, drafted and evaluated digital child safety legislation.
