Ariel Dobkin represents a variety of clients on a broad range of complex regulatory matters and government-related investigations. She focuses on crisis management and advises clients on issues related to privacy and data protection laws, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency, as well as a broad range of other issues faced by clients in the technology sector.

Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Katherine B. Forrest of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. She also served as a Postgraduate Research Fellow at MIT’s Internet Policy Research Initiative and was a fellow of the Internet Law & Policy Foundry.

While pursuing her legal education, Ms. Dobkin held positions at the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board, the National Economic Council of the White House, the Brookings Institution and the Parliament of the United Kingdom. She has worked as a research analyst for various political campaigns and was a director's financial analyst at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
