Dr. Anton Troßbach advises national and international companies on compliance and public commercial law including ESG-related topics. Dr. Troßbach also focuses on cross-border investigations and on advising multinational companies during DOJ compliance monitorships.

In 2020, Dr. Troßbach was seconded to a Swiss-based multinational commodity trading and mining company. During that time, Dr. Troßbach further broadened his compliance experience in-house in all aspects of an effective corporate compliance program, including third-party compliance risks and international anti-corruption legislation. 

Dr. Troßbach also advises multinational companies on several areas of compliance related to DOJ monitorships, including the provision of documents from jurisdictions with strong data protection regulation to the monitors and the preparation of site visits.

In 2025, Dr. Trossbach was recommended by Best Lawyers (“Deutschlands Beste Anwälte 2025”) in the field of “Corporate Governance and Compliance” in the category “Ones to Watch.”
