Anneke Dunbar-Gronke represents clients in federal and state courts at the trial and appellate levels. They have represented companies, individuals, and nonprofit organizations in high-stakes matters involving antitrust, regulatory, contract, class action, and government enforcement issues. They have experience across all stages of litigation as well as with bet-the-company cases, with a particular focus on technology and AI companies.

Massachusetts—a state court challenge to school segregation in Massachusetts.
Before joining the firm, Mx. Dunbar-Gronke clerked for the Honorable Robert L. Wilkins of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the Honorable Beryl A. Howell of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. They also served as a Skadden Fellow at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, where they litigated federal fair housing claims nationwide and led advocacy efforts addressing housing insecurity and displacement in Baltimore, Maryland.
