Alex Miller represents clients in appellate and government-facing litigation matters. Mr. Miller was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miller was a law clerk for the Honorable Elena Kagan of the United States Supreme Court, the Honorable Thomas B. Griffith of the United States Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit, and the Honorable Randolph D. Moss of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Mr. Miller’s experience includes drafting motions and briefs in both federal appellate and district courts. Previously, Mr. Miller was a legal intern at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York in the Public Integrity and General Crimes sections. Before obtaining his law degree, Mr. Miller was a Fulbright Scholar in Lüneburg, Germany, and an elementary school teacher in Washington DC.
