Dr. Martin Braun authored the book chapter “Binding Corporate Rules” in the German-language collection of forms and templates (Formularhandbuch Datenschutzrecht) edited by Ansgar Koreng and Matthias Lachenmann, 4th Edition 2025 (Beck).

The new edition takes into account the latest developments in legislation and case law, including the EU AI Act, the EU Data Act, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the amendment to the German Telecommunications Act, and a large number of new decisions by the CJEU, in particular on the rights of data subjects and fines.
