WilmerHale Partner Mark Fleming Elected Council Member of Boston Bar Association

WilmerHale Partner Mark Fleming has been elected Member of the Council for the Boston Bar Association (BBA). Fleming will serve a three-year term beginning in August 2015.

The mission of the Boston Bar Association is to advance the highest standards of excellence for the legal profession, facilitate access to justice, promote diversity and inclusion and serve the community at large.

Fleming currently serves at the BBA as Chair of the Amicus Committee. In addition, he has served as co-chair of the International Law Section, as well as a member of the Annual Meeting Steering Committee and the International Dispute Resolution Committee.

Fleming is a member of WilmerHale’s Appellate & Supreme Court Litigation practice, where he focuses on appellate litigation and other complex litigation matters. He has personally argued four cases before the Supreme Court of the United States and several others before the US Courts of Appeals for the First, Third, Eighth, Ninth, District of Columbia and Federal Circuits and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Appeals Court.
