Seth Waxman Defends Coriolanus in Mock Defamation Trial at Shakespeare Theatre Company

Attorney News
Partner Seth Waxman will act as counsel for the petitioner, Estate of Caius Martius, in this year’s Shakespeare Theatre Company’s Mock Trial and Dinner, The Pen vs. The Sword, on Monday, May 13.

The sold out event, hosted by the Bard Association and sponsored by The National Law Journal, provides lawyers and other individuals in the legal industry with the opportunity to network and experience classical theatre. It is a widely known annual event in Washington, DC and is considered “an evening of high farce before the high court” by Legal Times. Additional participants at tonight’s event include Supreme Court justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Samuel Anthony Alito and Stephen Breyer.

A detailed scenario of this year’s case can be found here.
