Meade Argues Veterans' Rights Case Before the Supreme Court

Attorney News
Christopher Meade argued before the US Supreme Court in Peake v. Sanders, 07-1209, his third Supreme Court argument in three consecutive Terms. Peake involves a question of veterans' rights—whether the Department of Veterans Affairs (or the veteran) should bear the burden of proving prejudice when the Department fails to give a veteran statutorily required notice. A decision is expected by June 2009.
