Partner Mark Fleming is one of only five attorneys to be named a 2013 Law360 Rising Star in appellate law. The annual Law360 “Rising Star” features the top legal talent under 40. Five individuals are selected for each of the 23 designated practice categories based on their accomplishments thus far in their career. This year the editors selected winning candidates from among more than 1,000 survey submissions.

Fleming’s practice focuses on appellate litigation and other complex litigation matters. He has argued and won significant cases in the US Supreme Court and in other federal and state appellate courts. He has appellate experience in several areas, including patent law, commercial disputes, securities litigation, constitutional law, immigration, international trade and criminal law.
