WilmerHale advised the underwriters in Q32 Bio Inc.’s public offering of 6,027,399 shares of common stock and pre-funded warrants to purchase 4,931,506 shares of common stock. Q32 Bio, a clinical stage biotechnology company focused on developing innovative therapies for alopecia areata (AA) and other autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, received approximately $200 million in gross proceeds, excluding underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering-related expenses. In addition, Q32 Bio granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,643,835 additional shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
