A WilmerHale team including Tim Cook, Tim Perla, Charlie Cox, Noah Kaitin, Liz Bedrick and Amanda Clarke is representing the American Civil Liberties Union of Tennessee (ACLU-TN) in challenging the Memphis Police Department’s use of force at the city’s “No Kings” protest.
"This filing is about accountability and prevention," said WilmerHale Partner Tim Cook. "The evidence described in the motion shows coordinated police action against people engaged in core First Amendment activity."
