On February 1, 2024, State Street Corporation, one of the world's leading providers of financial services to institutional investors, announced that it completed its acquisition of CF Global Trading, a provider of global execution and outsourced trading solutions to asset managers worldwide. The addition of CF Global Trading will strengthen State Street’s current outsourced trading services platform and allow it to extend those services to clients in the UK and continental Europe.
