Proposed Changes to HSR Notification Form Would Intensify Scrutiny on Private Equity Funds: Some Thoughts on What to Expect and How to React,” written by Leon Greenfield, Keith Trammell, and Álvaro Mateo Alonso, has been selected for the 2024 Antitrust Writing Awards by Concurrences and George Washington University Law School Competition Law Center for the best Business article category in the subcategory “Procedure.”  Concurrences is “an independent legal publisher, dedicated to antitrust law and competition economics.”  Its writing awards are meant “to promote competition scholarship and to contribute to competition advocacy in the legal and economic fields” and are important recognitions for legal writing in this practice area.

Voting is open until Friday, April 5, 2024.  The most voted articles are announced as the winners on April 9.  You can vote for Business articles here.  According to Concurrences, “[e]ach reader can vote only once per article and the votes are anonymous, with no personal information from the reader being stored on the website, except for non-personally identifiable data used by the computer system to exclude duplicate votes.”
