“Proposed Changes to HSR Notification Form Would Intensify Scrutiny on Private Equity Funds: Some Thoughts on What to Expect and How to React,” written by Leon Greenfield, Keith Trammell, and Álvaro Mateo Alonso, has been selected for the 2024 Antitrust Writing Awards by Concurrences and George Washington University Law School Competition Law Center for the best Business article category in the subcategory “Procedure.”  Concurrences is “an independent legal publisher, dedicated to antitrust law and competition economics.”  Its writing awards are meant “to promote competition scholarship and to contribute to competition advocacy in the legal and economic fields” and are important recognitions for legal writing in this practice area.
