Counsel Michael Kaplan has been chosen to participate in the Association of Corporate Growth’s esteemed 2023 Leadership 20 class; a highly competitive program for a yearly limit of 20 professionals in Colorado who are on track to assume leadership positions within their firms. The course aims to enhance effective leadership behavior through experiential-based learning and promotes the formation of a peer group of program colleagues and alumni, strengthening the participants’ networks.

Michael is a Denver-based real estate lawyer with more than 10 years of experience counseling clients on complex real estate projects and transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and leasing matters. His clients include domestic and international real estate investment trusts (REITs), private investors and developers.
