On July 19, 2023, Skims, a leading apparel company co-founded by Kim Kardashian, announced the closing of a $270 million financing round led by Wellington Management, which was represented by WilmerHale. Additional funding was provided by Greenoaks Capital Partners along with existing investors D1 Capital Partners and Imaginary Ventures.
The WilmerHale team advising Wellington Management consisted of Jason Kropp, Frances Mosley, Ben Goldfein and Meghan Walsh.
