WilmerHale Recognized as an Elite Firm, Ranked Third in Investigations by Global Data Review

Recognition

Global Data Review has once again named WilmerHale to the GDR 100, a global ranking of the top privacy and data law firms. While 120 firms made the list, for the second year in a row, WilmerHale is one of only 25 to be recognized in the Elite category.

In addition to being named an Elite firm, WilmerHale was also ranked third for investigations, with the publication noting that the firm is able to “pull off a large volume of high-stakes defense work involving a range of administrative and criminal US authorities” as well as the European Court of Justice.

According to the publication, the GDR 100 captures the capabilities, track record and market reputation of the leading firms in the field.

WilmerHale’s Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice regularly represents sophisticated, high-profile clients on a wide range of challenges—from routine matters to cutting-edge issues where the law is unclear and the enforcement risks are high. The team, composed of lawyers from different practice areas and offices, possesses a mix of counseling, regulatory, litigation, enforcement and transactional knowledge.
