The Boston Globe has named WilmerHale’s Boston office among the 2022 Top Places to Work in Massachusetts. This marks the eighth year that the firm has been named to the annual list, which highlights 150 organizations that, according to the publication, are addressing their employees’ needs both in and out of the workplace.
Inclusion on the exclusive list is based solely on anonymous employee feedback gathered from a survey administered by Energage Inc., a third-party employee engagement firm specializing in organizational health. The survey asked employees about various aspects of the workplace, including company leadership, diversity and inclusion, work flexibility and benefits and company values.
The Boston office’s Top Places to Work recognition is one of several that the firm has earned in the past year. The firm’s Washington, Palo Alto and San Francisco offices were also named among the best in their regions by The Washington Post and San Francisco Chronicle respectively.
