San Francisco Chronicle has named WilmerHale among the Bay Area’s Top Workplaces in 2022, recognizing the firm’s increasing presence in both Palo Alto and San Francisco.
The publication partnered with Energage Inc., a third-party employee engagement firm, to conduct an anonymous survey of 21,575 workers from small, midsize and large businesses in the Bay Area. The workplaces named to the list were recognized based solely on employee feedback about various aspects of workplace culture, including work-life balance and leadership engagement.
This year, 126 companies—including businesses, nonprofits, government contractors and law firms—were named to the “Top Workplaces” list. WilmerHale is one of only two law firms to be recognized in 2022.
