Yale Law Women (YLW) recognized WilmerHale in its Seventeenth Annual Top Firms Report, which highlights law firms that have made progress towards equity. YLW aims to advance the status of underrepresented gender identities in the legal profession. The report monitors trends in diversity, compensation, culture, flexibility and advancement to raise awareness of inequities within the legal profession. This marks the twelfth year that WilmerHale has been named to the list of Top Firms.
