The National Law Journal published an article highlighting WilmerHale’s Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Practice. The article centers on the practice’s deep bench of skilled, diverse lawyers who presented arguments in over 50 appellate cases in 2021. Led by former US Solicitor General Seth Waxman, the practice thrives on a culture of mentorship that allows the firm to foster young talent, as described in this Bloomberg Law article, and retain household names. This culminated in five WilmerHale lawyers, 3 of whom are diverse, arguing before the US Supreme Court in the 2021-2022 term.
