WMS Partners LLC (WMS), a multi-family office focused on financial planning and investment advice, announced a passive investment from TRIA Capital Partners (TRIA), a minority investing venture for industry-leading RIAs. 

TRIA will become a non-controlling, minority shareholder in adherence with WMS’s commitment to remaining an independent and conflict-free firm. TRIA’s investment provides WMS with the funding to enhance succession planning, attract and retain top talent and provide capital for strategic investments.
