WilmerHale Ranked Among the Top Five Firms for Gender Diversity

A recent report by Law360 ranks WilmerHale among the top five US law firms with the greatest overall representation of women. The firm placed fourth in the publication’s 2021 Glass Ceiling Report, which analyzed 66 firms with more than 600 lawyers.

Using the score and data from the American Bar Association, the report compares the proportion of female attorneys at a firm with the potential talent pool.
