WilmerHale Represents Catch&Release in $14M Series A Financing

On April 20, 2021, Catch&Release, a creative technology company for the next generation of commercial production, announced it has secured $14 million in Series A funding to help brands break free from the limitations of stock photography. The Series A was led by Accel with participation from Cervin Ventures and other existing investors, and it brings Catch&Release’s total funding to $26 million. This new funding will allow Catch&Release to take their initial vision and model that has supported hundreds of brands in their creative endeavors over the past six years, and accelerate their efforts to turn it into a scalable technology-driven solution that can serve advertisers and teams everywhere.

The WilmerHale team advising Catch&Release was led by Glenn Luinenburg, and included Cindy Moon, Lugar Choi and Melody Van Horn.
