On November 2, Endurance International Group Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based platform solutions designed to help small and medium-sized businesses succeed online, announced that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by affiliates of Clearlake Capital Group L.P.
The proposed transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2021, subject to customary closing conditions. The all-cash transaction is valued at approximately $3 billion.
