WilmerHale represented the underwriters in the initial public offering of 9,987,520 shares of common stock of Kymera Therapeutics, Inc., reflecting the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, for aggregate gross proceeds of $199.8 million. The offering priced on August 20, 2020 at $20.00 per share and closed on August 25, 2020. The team consisted of Lisa Firenze, Molly Fox, Arwa Alali and Benn Waters, with support from Bruce Manheim, Colleen Superko, Meghan Walsh and Heidi Treiber.
