Sarah Frazier Recognized by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as an Up & Coming Lawyer

Recognition

WilmerHale Partner Sarah Frazier was recognized as an Up & Coming Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly (MLW) as part of the publication’s Excellence in the Law Awards, which recognizes accomplishments in the legal community. Frazier was one of 25 individuals recognized as an Up & Coming Lawyer, which honors rising stars who have who have been members of the bar for 10 years or less, but who have already distinguished themselves in the community.

The profile in MLW highlights some of Frazier’s wins on behalf of clients, including her work on the team representing Harvard University in a high-profile challenge to the use of race in its undergraduate admissions process. She also provides advice to recent law school graduates, sharing that it is helpful to “bring solutions, not just problems. A lot of law school is focused on issue spotting, but in practice the key is not to simply spot the issue but to recommend a course of action to deal with it.”

Frazier is based in WilmerHale’s Boston office and is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice.
