WilmerHale represented our client AxonVibe, Inc. in connection with the deployment of AxonVibe’s “Essential Connector” mobile application with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) for the MTA’s provision of alternative transportation for essential workers while the New York City subways are closed for cleaning overnight. The app was launched on May 17, 2020. The WilmerHale team advising AxonVibe was led by Jeff Johnson.
