WilmerHale Represents RunSafe in its Second Close of $3.5M Series A Funding

RunSafe Security, the pioneer of a patented process to immunize software from cyber attacks without developer friction, announced a second close of $3.5 million in Series A funding from Lockheed Martin Ventures and NextGen Venture Partners. This news follows the company’s initial close of $6.3 million in Series A funding announced in December 2019, bringing its total Series A investment to $9.8 million from investors.

The WilmerHale deal team representing RunSafe was led by Stephanie Evans and includes Ciara Baker, Heidi Treiber, Evan Kirsch, and Morgan Monroe.
