WilmerHale Represents RunSafe Security in $6.3M Series A Investment

RunSafe Security, the pioneer of a patented process to immunize software without developer friction from cyber attacks, announced that it closed a $6.3 million Series A Round. RunSafe’s product Alkemist uses proprietary cyberhardening processes to reduce the attack surface used to compromise operational technology, information technology, IoT, and embedded software in power plants and utilities, data centers and communications networks, weapon systems, vehicles, and medical devices. The investment will help the company expand its sales and marketing efforts, as well as broaden and accelerate product development.

The WilmerHale deal team representing RunSafe is led by Stephanie Evans and includes Evan Kirsch and Morgan Monroe
