WilmerHale Represents Schrödinger in $232M IPO

On February 10, 2020, Schrödinger, Inc., a scientific leader in developing chemical simulation software for use in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and materials research, announced the closing of its initial public offering of 13,664,704 shares of common stock at the public offering price of $17.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of approximately $232.3 million, including the underwriters’ exercise of its option to purchase additional shares. Schrödinger’s common stock commenced trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol ‘SDGR’ on February 6, 2020.
