WilmerHale Advises Underwriters in Dynatrace’s $655M IPO

WilmerHale represented Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as joint-book running managers in the initial public offering of software intelligence company Dynatrace, Inc. On August 5, 2019, Dynatrace announced the completion of its IPO of 40,951,053 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share, consisting of 38,873,174 shares offered by Dynatrace and 2,077,879 shares offered by certain of Dynatrace’s existing stockholders, and including the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase 5,341,441 additional shares of common stock at the public offering price. The shares commenced trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “DT” on August 1, 2019.
